Shipping & Return Policy
Sugar Tree & Co has an average production time frame of 7 to 10 business days (from date of purchase). All items will be shipped through USPS via first class mail unless other arrangements have been made.
All items generally ship within 7-10 business days from the date of purchase (once all necessary order details is acquired. If I can't reach you or you have left out what I consider necessary information, this will delay the process and the production time frame listed above will start once all info is gathered). This is considered the processing time for each order. This does not reflect the shipping time frames. Please let me know (BEFORE PURCHASE) if you need your item shipped faster for any reason and I can let you know if this will be possible.
If your package is returned to me due to buyers error with address or unable to be delivered for some reason, the buyer is responsible to re pay shipping expense for me to re mail the package out.
I can in no way guarantee any type of delivery date as the post office part is out of my hands. There may be cases where I state a date that I will have in the mail but this is all I can guarantee (not when the package arrives). I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages. The post office must be contacted in this regard. We will provide tracking on all our packages, once it leaves our hands, we are no longer liable. Please contact your postal service for information on your package. There is a risk when buying online. Sometimes a package gets lost. It rarely happens, but it happens. By making a purchase with us you are assuming that risk. Sugar Tree & Co is not liable, nor will it provide a refund if your item does not arrive or is delayed.
The customer is responsible for any customs fees, taxes or duties charged by their own country, (which is over and above USPS postage fees). I have no control over this, nor do I know the amount you will be charged. I will not mark the item as gift, and am responsible for transferring the correct invoice amount to the customs declaration form.
We are confident that you will be happy with your purchase. Our goal is to make this buying experience a positive one and in the event that you are not satisfied, please send an email within 7 days of receipt. As a general rule, we do not offer refunds or exchanges as each item is custom made to order or personalized. However, if there is a flaw in production please contact me. We do not refund shipping fees.
